The Grand Hyatt Tokyo is now sold out of rooms for the BIO-Asia Partnering Conference 2007.  If you have a room reserved in the BIO-Asia room block but have not yet registered for BIO-Asia, you will be notified and your room will be changed to the regular hotel pricing. 

We have opened up a second room block at the Hotel Okura Tokyo (approximately 10 minutes away by taxi) for BIO-Asia attendees.  Rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Attendees of BIO-Asia 2007 will be receiving a special room rate, not available to the general public. 

Attendees can only receive the reduced rate by referencing the Biotechnology Industry Organization (BIO) and the BIO-Asia 2007 conference.  You must reserve before Tuesday, January 23.  After this date, the block will end.

Attendees of BIO-Asia 2007 will be receiving a special room rate, not available to the general public.  Attendees can only receive the reduced rate by registering for BIO-Asia and referencing the BIO-Asia 2007 conference code G-ABAA when reserving a room.  The BIO-Asia room block is directly connected to the BIO-Asia registration list, therefore to retain the discounted rate for the room, guests must also be registered for BIO-Asia.  If you have a room reserved in the BIO-Asia room block, but have not yet registered for BIO-Asia, you will be notified and your room will be changed to the regular hotel pricing.

Reservations are subject to rooms availability.  Rooms are issued on a first-come, first-serve basis.  We recommend reserving as soon as possible, but no later than January 11, 2007, however, we cannot guarantee rooms availability at any time.  Notice of cancellation must be received no later than 15:00 (Japan time) FIVE days before arrival date to avoid a cancellation penalty equivalent to one room night's charge.
